These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Halcyon Home Solutions Ltd, trading as Halcyon Fireplaces. By visiting or using our website, or by purchasing goods from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Definitions
In these terms and conditions:

“Goods” means any fireplaces, stoves, or related products offered for sale.
“Our Website” means www.halcyonfireplaces.co.uk, including all pages and content controlled by us.
“Carrier” means any person or business contracted by us to deliver Goods to you.

Interpretation
References to “you” mean the customer or prospective customer. Headings do not affect interpretation. References to Acts, regulations, or laws include any amendments or replacements. These terms and conditions override any terms proposed by you. This agreement is written in English and, in the event of any conflict with translations, the English version shall prevail.

Our Contract With You
These terms and conditions form the entire agreement between you and us and replace any previous agreements or understandings. Using our website or placing an order for Goods constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before dispatch without providing a reason.

Prices & Payment
Prices for Goods displayed on our website include UK VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are added at checkout where applicable. Payments are processed securely through third party payment providers. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the price before dispatch and are not obliged to supply Goods at an incorrect price. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method and are normally processed within 3 to 5 working days.

Ordering & Acceptance
Your order represents an offer to purchase Goods from us. Acceptance of your order only takes place once the Goods have been dispatched. If Goods become unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or cancel the order. Any agreements made by telephone or email remain subject to these terms and conditions.

Delivery
All fireplaces are delivered on pallets and are supplied on a kerbside delivery basis only. Delivery drivers are not insured to carry fireplaces into your property. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient assistance is available to move the Goods safely.

Deliveries are arranged in advance with the customer, and you may select a suitable weekday delivery date within standard delivery hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm. Smaller items may be delivered using Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Dispatch and delivery updates will be sent by email where available.

If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to accept the Goods, a re delivery charge may apply. We accept no responsibility for damage to property where a delivery vehicle enters your premises at your request or invitation.

Fireplaces may arrive on pallets with protective packaging. Disposal of pallets and packaging materials is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds
Fireplaces cannot be returned if they have been installed or used. Returned Goods must be unused, clean, dry, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies to returned Goods.

We will arrange collection of approved returns on a pre agreed date. Refunds are processed after the Goods have been collected and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 3 to 5 working days to appear, depending on your bank.

Customers should inspect Goods immediately upon delivery and report any defects within 30 days. Faulty Goods may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion, including the cost of collection where applicable. Customers must provide sufficient details of any fault to allow identification or investigation.

Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date the contract is entered into. Goods which have been installed or used cannot be cancelled or returned. To exercise your cancellation rights, you must notify us in writing by email or post before the cancellation period expires.

Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the Goods purchased. Risk in the Goods passes to you once delivery has been completed and signed for.

Intellectual Property
All content, images, logos, branding, and website design remain the intellectual property of Halcyon Home Solutions Ltd unless otherwise stated. Content may only be used for personal and non commercial purposes. No part of our website or branding may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Customer Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password. You accept responsibility for all activity carried out under your account.

Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us at sales@halcyonfireplaces.co.uk. Where possible, disputes should first be resolved through discussion, mediation, or arbitration before legal proceedings are commenced.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
