The Aquario O Wood Boiler Fireplace Insert – 12kW has been designed to be a high efficiency wood burning fireplace insert for modern homes. The Aquario insert has a double-walled corpus and is built as a fireplace insert with a water jacket. The space between the two is filled with heated water, which transfers heat to the heating system.
The combustion chamber is lined with TERMOTEC, a heat-accumulating material that raises the temperature of the combustion chamber. This allows for a more efficient burning process and a longer-lasting warmth. This leads to a high-efficiency wood-burning fireplace insert.
The special water system allows a large amount of heat to be transferred from the fumes into the heating system. This results in high energy efficiency. It is one of the best wood-burning boiler stoves for home heating.
The double deflector system extends the exhaust gas path for more eco-friendly combustion.

The combustion chamber ventilation is controlled exclusively by the outside, by supplying both primary and secondary air into the combustion chamber. The insert is equipped with an external air intake of 125mm in diameter, which allows for fresh air to enter the furnace from outside the building. Separation of air takes place below the bottom plate. Air is supplied through a channel at the top of the lower plate to the fence. The fence is equipped with a system of holes along its entire length. The air supply is improved by this. The hearth is evenly charred across its entire width. The mechanism under the door allows you to adjust the intensity of the combustion in the insert.
The insert is equipped with an air curtain. It’s a clean window system that doesn’t remove air from the space. It is a way to keep the glass clean by aerating it. Air is drawn out of the appliance through the air intake connector and supplied to the chamber at the top by special ducts on the sides. It is then evenly distributed over the glass to ensure that it remains clean and improves the experience you expect from the best wood burning fireplace insert.
The afterburning system limits harmful emissions and improves the efficiency of inserts. This solution allows the inserts to achieve excellent CO₂ emission parameters.

The front of the insert has a ceramic heat-resistant surface that can withstand temperatures up to 680°C. Our glass is certified for quality and safety.
The coil pipe connector input/output 1/2″ protects against overheating. Pins reinforce the body of this fireplace.
The use of high-quality steel makes the body and front of inserts resistant to high temperatures.
The solid welds are made with noble gas shielding. Laser-cutting and CNC-bending machines are used to bend all steel elements.

The Grateless wood burning fireplace insert is a full combustion fireplace insert that burns the firewood into fine ash with minimum amounts.
