Modern Design

The Kratki AB gas fireplace is distinguished by a contemporary line and innovative technological solutions that offer high efficiency as well as comfort in operation.

This is a gas stove fireplace that has two panes. The outer pane is decorated with a decorative pattern and has a glass covering the entire surface of the door. This gives it a modern look.

A ceramic burner stove is designed to produce a realistic fire that mimics a wood-fired stove. It is one of the gas stoves UK customers love because it can be adjusted manually.

Safety at the Highest Level

The indoor propane heater comes with a remote-controlled gas control system that allows for a more advanced gas control system. This helps to avoid uncontrolled fuel leaks. Hermetically sealing the combustion chamber provides maximum safety. The stove will automatically shut off if the chimney is blocked.

The use of noble gas welding ensures a tight seal. This modern fireplace stove, made from laser-cut steel and bent using CNC machines, is durable and elegant.

The gas stove fireplace is powered by four 1.5V batteries. It will work even if there’s a power failure. Automated controls prevent unauthorized use by children and health and allow for programming of on/off times.

The thermocouple sensor will cut off gas supply when the flame goes out. This gas fireplace has been EC-certified to ensure safety, health and environmental protection.

Convenient Use

The remote control has a thermostat built in. The coaxial flue allows the stove to be installed in rooms that do not have a chimney. It vents through the roof or wall.

This freestanding gas stove fireplace  is fully customizable. The stove’s easy installation and light weight allow it to be moved depending on the flue access.

This modern stove is made of heat-resistant ceramic, which can withstand temperatures as high as 660°C. It offers durability and style.

Warranty

All products sold on www.halcyonfireplaces.co.uk
are brand new and supplied by Halcyon Fireplaces as an authorised retail partner of Kratki.

All manufacturer warranties are provided directly by Kratki in accordance with their official warranty terms.

Kratki provides:

A 5-year manufacturer’s warranty covering the proper functioning of the fireplace stove from the date of purchase.

A 1-year warranty covering fireplace grates and seals.

The warranty does not cover:

Heat-resistant ceramics, including fireplace glass.

To maintain warranty validity, the fireplace must be installed and operated strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation and operating instructions, and in compliance with all relevant UK building and chimney regulations.

Any warranty claims will be handled in line with Kratki’s official warranty policy. Halcyon Fireplaces will assist customers in liaising with the manufacturer where required.

Returns & Refund Policy

At Halcyon Fireplaces, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the size, weight, and specialist nature of our fireplaces, returns must follow these guidelines:

Fireplaces cannot be returned if they have been installed or used.

Items must be unused, clean, dry, undamaged, and in the original packaging, including pallets and all protective materials.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all fireplace returns to cover handling, pallet collection, and processing costs.

Halcyon Fireplaces will arrange collection of the fireplace from your property at a pre-agreed date and time. Please ensure someone is available to assist if required.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only once the returned fireplace has been collected and inspected.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for your order.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days after inspection, although your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.

Important Notes

Fireplaces are heavy and delivered on pallets. Collection will always be arranged by Halcyon Fireplaces to ensure safety and convenience.

The 20% restocking fee covers the costs of handling, transport, and processing the return.
