ARKE cassette is a closed fireplace type, installed in existing open fireplaces. Its simple and elegant look goes hand in hand with excellent heating performance. This cassette fireplace is designed to upgrade traditional fireplaces with modern efficiency, style, and dependable warmth.
What’s more, it has a clean glass system, which, along with a separate container, helps to keep it clean. This practical feature makes it a reliable wood burning fireplace insert for busy homes.
MAXIMUM USE OF ENERGY
The ceramic material TERMOTEC is used to line the combustion chamber, which increases the temperature and improves combustion efficiency. It is one of the most efficient wood burning for home heating.
A deflector that extends the exhaust pathway allows for full combustion of the dust. This process improves the burning efficiency and ensures better energy usage. This fireplace insert is also known for its high efficiency and low emission of harmful substances into the air.
The cassette fireplace has turbines under the combustion chamber. The device features three fan levels. The device has three levels of fan control.
Position 1– The turbines will automatically switch on and run at a reduced speed once the sensor reaches 50°C. The sensor is located below the ashtray in front of the machine.
Position 1: Turbines run continuously at a reduced speed, regardless of cassette operation.
Position 2– Turbines run continuously at full speed, regardless of cassette operation.
Turbines force air to circulate in the unit, transferring heat more efficiently.
The “air curtain” is adjusted by a mechanism that sits over the insert’s door. The mechanism opens to allow air into the insert’s upper portion, where the combustion of gases produced by wood burning occurs. This reduces CO emissions.
The air directed at the slats “sweeps,” or removes, the glass. This wood burning is reliable because it reduces the soot accumulation.
Installing a fresh-air inlet will allow you to supply air from outside the insert for wood-burning fireplace installation. To achieve this, you will need an inlet stub as well as a specially adapted ashtray. This option is only available for fireplace inserts made after May 1, 2018.
SAFETY ON THE HIGHEST LEVEL
The front of the cassette fireplace insert is equipped with heat-resistant ceramic withstanding temperatures up to 660°C. The glass is certified for quality and safety.
The body and front of the insert are resistant to high temperatures through the use of high-quality steel. This ensures durability expected from premium wood burning fireplace inserts.
Excellent tightness is achieved thanks to solid welding made in a shielded noble gas. Steel elements are laser cut with modern equipment and then bent on CNC benders.
COMFORTABLE USE
Keeping the insert clean is easier thanks to a fitted ash grate and separate ash container where ash accumulates.
Reduced soot deposition is achieved through the clean glass system (air curtain). The air curtain separates the glass from the chamber, helping the glass stay cleaner while releasing more heat into the room.

Warranty

are brand new and supplied by Halcyon Fireplaces as an authorised retail partner of Kratki.
All manufacturer warranties are provided directly by Kratki in accordance with their official warranty terms.
Kratki provides:
A 5-year manufacturer’s warranty covering the proper functioning of the fireplace stove from the date of purchase.
A 1-year warranty covering fireplace grates and seals.
The warranty does not cover:
Heat-resistant ceramics, including fireplace glass.
To maintain warranty validity, the fireplace must be installed and operated strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation and operating instructions, and in compliance with all relevant UK building and chimney regulations.
Any warranty claims will be handled in line with Kratki’s official warranty policy. Halcyon Fireplaces will assist customers in liaising with the manufacturer where required.
Returns & Refund Policy
At Halcyon Fireplaces, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the size, weight, and specialist nature of our fireplaces, returns must follow these guidelines:
Fireplaces cannot be returned if they have been installed or used.
Items must be unused, clean, dry, undamaged, and in the original packaging, including pallets and all protective materials.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all fireplace returns to cover handling, pallet collection, and processing costs.
Halcyon Fireplaces will arrange collection of the fireplace from your property at a pre-agreed date and time. Please ensure someone is available to assist if required.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only once the returned fireplace has been collected and inspected.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for your order.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days after inspection, although your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.
Important Notes
Fireplaces are heavy and delivered on pallets. Collection will always be arranged by Halcyon Fireplaces to ensure safety and convenience.
The 20% restocking fee covers the costs of handling, transport, and processing the return.
