All fireplaces are delivered on a pallet and this is kerbside delivery only.
Our drivers cannot bring fireplaces into your property, so please make sure you have enough help ready to move it inside when it arrives. Some of these fireplaces are very heavy, depending on the model.
It is your responsibility to check access before ordering. Please consider things like steps, slopes, gravel driveways and doorway widths, as these can all cause issues on delivery if not planned for.
Deliveries are carried out on weekdays, usually between 9.00am and 5.00pm. We will agree a delivery day with you beforehand so you can make sure someone is available.
Smaller items will usually be sent with Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the size and weight.
If the item is in stock and your order is placed before 12.00pm, we will aim to send it out the same working day.
Orders placed after this time will normally go out the next working day.
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
We deliver Monday to Friday.
We do not deliver on bank holidays.
Please make sure you leave at least two contact numbers when placing your order, ideally a mobile number. Our transport team may need to get in touch to confirm details.
Once your order is ready, we will contact you to confirm your delivery date. It is important that someone is available at the address to receive it.
If you need to change anything, just let us know as soon as you can.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice. If changes are made late, there may be an extra delivery charge.
If a delivery is attempted and no one is there to receive it, a re delivery charge may be applied. This is to cover the cost of the failed delivery.
Fireplaces are delivered on a timber pallet and are well packaged for protection during transit.
All packaging, including the pallet, will be left with you and will need to be disposed of by you.
If you need to make changes to your order, in some cases it may be easier for us to cancel it and place it again correctly.
