The WHISKEY bio-fireplace is the perfect solution for those looking for a compact, portal-style bio-fireplace that can be placed on the living room floor, or even on a covered terrace on summer days. It’s lightweight, making it perfect for those who enjoy frequent interior design changes. The bio-fireplace is available in two sizes (WHISKEY and WHISKEY2) and three colors (BLACK, WHITE, and GRANITO). It features a large, removable glass panel that shields the fire from prying eyes. It provides plenty of joy and warmth on cooler evenings.
The bio-fireplace raises the temperature by up to several degrees Celsius, depending on the flame height and the size of the room. The Whiskey bioethanol fireplace doesn’t require a chimney, as no toxic substances are produced during the combustion of bioethanol.
The Whiskey is a bioethanol fireplace that ships in a package. Designed for quick and easy setup in your chosen location. All the necessary components are included in the package, so you can use it almost immediately after unpacking. Simply add the biofuel and enjoy the natural vision of fire.
The Whiskey bioethanol fireplace is made of high-quality steel, painted with a special high-temperature-resistant paint mixture to prevent discoloration during combustion. You can be sure that its color and quality will last for years.
The production process of bio-fireplaces is monitored by TÜV Rheinland Polska – the bio-fireplace has a German TÜV safety certificate. The TÜV-certified container has an additional special chamber that prevents fuel spillage due to accidental overfilling. It also has a maximum fuel level indicator. An absorbent insert placed inside the container reduces fuel consumption and protects against bio-fuel spillage due to tilting the device.
The Whiskey is equipped with exceptionally large tempered glass. Glazing limits direct access to the fire, so choosing a model with glass increases its safety, especially for the youngest family members and pets. Thanks to the glass being placed in guides, it can be easily removed and cleaned when necessary.
The only fuel permitted for use in a biofireplace is bioalcohol-based fireplace fuel (we recommend BIO-DECO biofireplace fluid).
In our store, you’ll find a wide selection of high-quality biofuel for use in biofireplaces. The fuel can be odorless or with a beautiful scent that fills the room when burned. Our BIO-DECO biofuel is bioethanol, which is intended for burning in a biofireplace. It is poured into the container. During combustion, it burns completely. The next dose should be added after the container cools down.
Bioethanol with a concentration of 95% is considered a renewable fuel because it is produced from plant biomass such as corn, wheat, sugar cane, or sugar beets. The products of bioethanol combustion are water vapor and carbon dioxide in quantities similar to the air exhaled by humans.
WARNING!! Do not add biofuel to a burning or hot biocontainer.
Warranty

are brand new and supplied by Halcyon Fireplaces as an authorised retail partner of Kratki.
All manufacturer warranties are provided directly by Kratki in accordance with their official warranty terms.
Kratki provides:
A 5-year manufacturer’s warranty covering the proper functioning of the fireplace stove from the date of purchase.
A 1-year warranty covering fireplace grates and seals.
The warranty does not cover:
Heat-resistant ceramics, including fireplace glass.
To maintain warranty validity, the fireplace must be installed and operated strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation and operating instructions, and in compliance with all relevant UK building and chimney regulations.
Any warranty claims will be handled in line with Kratki’s official warranty policy. Halcyon Fireplaces will assist customers in liaising with the manufacturer where required.
Returns & Refund Policy
At Halcyon Fireplaces, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the size, weight, and specialist nature of our fireplaces, returns must follow these guidelines:
Fireplaces cannot be returned if they have been installed or used.
Items must be unused, clean, dry, undamaged, and in the original packaging, including pallets and all protective materials.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all fireplace returns to cover handling, pallet collection, and processing costs.
Halcyon Fireplaces will arrange collection of the fireplace from your property at a pre-agreed date and time. Please ensure someone is available to assist if required.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only once the returned fireplace has been collected and inspected.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for your order.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days after inspection, although your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the funds.
Important Notes
Fireplaces are heavy and delivered on pallets. Collection will always be arranged by Halcyon Fireplaces to ensure safety and convenience.
The 20% restocking fee covers the costs of handling, transport, and processing the return.
