Manufacturer Warranty

Kratki provides the following warranties:

5-year warranty covering the proper functioning of the fireplace stove from the date of purchase.
1-year warranty covering fireplace grates and seals.

Please note: Heat-resistant ceramics, including fireplace glass, are not covered under the warranty.

Warranty Conditions

To maintain the validity of the warranty:

The fireplace must be installed and operated strictly according to Kratki’s official installation and operating instructions.
All relevant UK building and chimney regulations must be followed.

Making a Warranty Claim

Any warranty claims are handled directly by Kratki in line with their official policy. Halcyon Fireplaces is happy to assist customers in liaising with the manufacturer where required.
