Warranty Information

Many KRATKI fireplaces include:

• 5-year manufacturer's warranty covering the correct functioning of the appliance.
• 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering fireplace grates and seals.
• Warranty periods may differ between product models.
• Heat-resistant consumable components, including ceramic fireplace glass, are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Full warranty terms are determined by KRATKI's official warranty documentation supplied with the product.

To keep your manufacturer's warranty valid, products should:

• Be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions.
• Be operated and maintained as specified by the manufacturer.
• Comply with applicable UK Building Regulations.
• Where appropriate, be installed by a suitably qualified installer such as a HETAS registered installer or Gas Safe registered engineer.

Failure to follow the manufacturer's installation or operating instructions may invalidate the manufacturer's warranty.

Our team will guide you through the process, request any information required and liaise directly with KRATKI on your behalf where appropriate.
