MAXIMUM ENERGY USE
More efficient combustion and longer temperature retention thanks to the TERMOTEC combustion chamber lining, a heat-accumulating material that raises the temperature in the combustion chamber. Fuel particles are burned thanks to two deflectors that extend the exhaust gas path. This process also increases combustion efficiency and ensures better energy utilization, thus minimizing harmful emissions into the atmosphere. Air is supplied to the insert exclusively from the outside, thanks to the built-in 125 mm air intake. Air is regulated using a single damper located below the door, eliminating errors due to improper use. The entire mechanism operates very quietly and reliably. The insert uses a dual combustion chamber ventilation system. Primary air, which facilitates wood ignition, is supplied under the grate. Additionally, the insert features a clean glass system (air curtain), which means air is delivered directly to the glass through a system of channels located on the sides of the fireplace. This delivers oxygen to the upper part of the combustion chamber, where gases produced during wood combustion are burned, further reducing harmful CO emissions into the atmosphere. This air supply system allows for very precise control of the combustion process.
ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION
The device meets the requirements of Ecodesign and the BImSchV 2 standard, which sets maximum CO emissions.
SAFETY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL
The front of the insert is equipped with heat-resistant ceramics that can withstand temperatures up to 660°C. The glass we offer is certified for quality and safety. The special perforated design of the handle protects against excessive heat, ensuring high comfort of use. The body and front of the insert are resistant to high temperatures thanks to the use of high-quality steel. Excellent tightness thanks to solid welds made in a noble gas shield. The steel elements are laser-cut using modern equipment and then bent on CNC bending machines.
COMFORTABLE USE
The fireplace features a specially profiled bottom plate made of TERMOTEC material, which allows for a deeper combustion chamber and greater wood capacity. The removable grate and ash pan make it easy to keep the insert clean. The clean glass system reduces soot buildup. An air curtain separates the glass from the firebox, preventing it from becoming dirty and releasing more heat into the room. Adjustable feet allow you to compensate for uneven floors and level the insert. This model is equipped with a movable exhaust outlet, eliminating the need to purchase additional elbows during installation. The angle of the insert’s connection to the chimney can be easily adjusted.
MODERN DESIGN
The insert is equipped with two doors: one front and one rear (instead of a rear wall), allowing heat to radiate in two directions. This type of fireplace is often chosen for installation between adjacent rooms, such as a living room, dining room, or bedroom. The insert is equipped with a single, decorative glass pane, giving it an elegant and modern look. This solution visually enlarges the front of the insert and highlights the fire. The insert door has a convenient handle. It is lined with black Termotec.
