Description
MODERN DESIGN
The combination of large combustion chambers and three side glazing creates a beautiful fire. Modern wood burning stoves have solid handles that make it easier to seal the doors. This makes the device ideal for homes that have recuperation.
ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION
The modern wood burning stoves meets both the strict BImSchV2 norm and the Ecodesign criteria. Eco-friendly wood burning stoves Reduce harmful emissions and increase heating efficiency.
MAXIMUM USE OF ENERGY
The modern wood burning stoves interior is lined with TERMOTEC, which contrasts perfectly with the stove and gives it a contemporary look. Two deflectors that extend the exhaust path allow for a complete combustion of the dust. This process improves the energy efficiency and increases the burning efficiency. This process also reduces harmful substance emissions into the atmosphere. A diaphragm, which functions in a similar way to the deflector, has also been installed on the exhaust outlet. This further enhances its effects.
Double glazing is used on the side windows, which helps to stop heat from entering the combustion chamber and raise the temperature. The 100 mm external inlet is used to supply primary air to the insert. The air inlet is at the bottom of the insert. The insert has a plate covering the hole at its base and a back wall. It allows the user to choose the method of connecting the external air kit. The air is adjusted by a throttle that can be controlled with one regulator located below the door. This solution helps to prevent improper use. The entire mechanism operates quietly and reliably.
This insert has a triple-air system for the combustion chamber. The primary air that is required to start a fire is provided under the grates. The back wall has holes that supply secondary air, which is used to provide economical and eco-friendly burning. High-efficiency design for wood-burning stoves provides maximum heat output while consuming minimal fuel.
This insert also features the Clean Glass System, which is an air curtain. Air is delivered directly to the glass via a series of channels on the side of the fireplace. This allows oxygen to be supplied into the upper portion of the combustion chamber where the post-combustion occurs. It also reduces CO emissions into the atmosphere.
SAFETY ON THE HIGHEST LEVEL
FALCON’s ceramic can withstand temperatures of up to 660°C. Glass that is certified as safe and of high quality. Steel of high quality is used to make the body and front of the stove resistant to high temperatures. They also provide stability to the entire structure.
Solid welding in noble gas shielding achieves excellent tightness. Modern equipment is used to laser-cut steel elements, which are then bent using CNC benders.
COMFORTABLE USE
This insert uses a special profiled bottom of an accumotte. This allows the modern wood burning stoves to have a bigger chamber and hold more wood. A shallow combustion chamber, which uses less heating power, was also used. The insert can be kept clean with the help of a movable grate and an ash drawer. The Clear Glass System ensures that the glazing of the insert is always clean. Air curtain: separates glass from chamber to prevent it from getting dirty.
Installation is easy with FALCON because it allows the exhaust outlet to be mounted both on the front and back of the unit. There is a lockable additional chamber under the fireplace where the external air intake system is hidden. The space left can be used to store wood, for instance. The door can be opened by a simple click-clack mechanism that doesn’t require a handle. The whole unit becomes a cohesive body.
