MAXIMUM ENERGY UTILIZATION
The body and front are made of high-grade steel resistant to very high temperatures.
Efficient combustion and longer heat retention are achieved thanks to lining the combustion chamber with TERMOTEC – a heat-accumulating material that increases the temperature inside the chamber.
A tall flue outlet and horizontally positioned fire tubes increase the heat exchange surface between the insert and the surroundings. Lower flue gas temperature contributes to higher overall efficiency of the unit.
Stable and stress-resistant fireplace doors are made from a closed steel profile. The door gasket is placed in a specially profiled channel, ensuring proper adhesion and preventing it from falling out during operation.
Post-combustion of fuel particles is ensured by a deflector that extends the path of flue gases.
Air is supplied exclusively from outside via a built-in air intake connector with a diameter of Ø125 mm. Air intake is regulated by a single control lever, eliminating errors resulting from improper use.
Triple air supply system for the combustion chamber:
- Primary air – directed to the base plate where combustion takes place.
- Secondary air – supplied through openings in the rear wall.
Additionally, the insert is equipped with a clean glass system (air curtain).
TOP-LEVEL SAFETY
Excellent tightness ensured by solid welds made under noble gas shielding.
Steel components are laser-cut using modern equipment and then bent on CNC press brakes.
The front of the insert is fitted with heat-resistant ceramic glass capable of withstanding temperatures up to 660°C.
CONVENIENT OPERATION
Grate-free insert – combustion takes place on ash, meaning the fuel burns down to a fine ash with minimal residue. This allows maximum utilization of the wood’s thermal energy. The bottom plate of the insert is significantly lowered in relation to the door.
Reduced soot buildup thanks to the clean glass system (air guide).
Dual door opening system – upward (GUILLOTINE) and side opening. The lift-up door facilitates loading larger amounts of wood, while the side-opening mechanism allows for easier glass cleaning. A child safety lock prevents unauthorized door opening.
MODERN DESIGN
Decorative glass panel resistant to temperatures up to 660°C, giving the fireplace a modern and elegant appearance while visually enlarging the front of the insert.
