All fireplaces are delivered on a pallet and kerbside only.
Drivers will not carry fireplaces into your property.
Fireplaces can be very heavy depending on the model. Please ensure you have adequate manpower and equipment to safely move the fireplace into your home.
Please check access, steps, slopes, gravel drives, and doorways before delivery to avoid any problems.
Pallet deliveries are made weekdays between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
All deliveries are booked in advance with you, so you can select a day that is convenient for someone to be available to receive the goods.
Smaller items may be delivered via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on size and weight.
In-stock fireplaces are dispatched the same working day if the order is placed before 12:00pm
Orders placed after 12:00pm will be dispatched the following working day
You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday
Please note: we do not deliver on bank holidays.
Please provide two working contact numbers, ideally including a mobile number. Our transport team may contact you to confirm delivery.
Once your order is ready, our team will confirm your booked delivery date via email or phone. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to receive the goods.
Once delivery details have been provided, any changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Late changes may result in additional delivery charges.
If a delivery is attempted and no one is available, a re-delivery charge may apply.
This covers the costs of transport, handling, and any failed delivery attempts.
Fireplaces will arrive on a timber pallet with protective packaging.
All pallets and packaging are part of the delivery, and disposal is the customer’s responsibility.
To ensure accuracy, any changes may require your order to be cancelled and re-issued.
